Engagement guides move throughout the museum, welcoming and orienting visitors, supporting and customizing their experience, nurturing dialogue, caring for the art and architecture, and contributing innovative ideas to enhancing future onsite experiences. Must have an interest in education, museums, contemporary art; be motivated, reliable, responsible, and professionally oriented. Must have a minimum of six months to one year direct experience with adult learners.
