Fairfax Renaissance Development
Fairfax Renaissance Development Corporation (FRDC), a nonprofit community development corporation serving primarily low to moderate income urban residents in the Fairfax neighborhood, is looking for a workforce development program manager to coordinate of FRDC’s workforce program. Shaker Heights City School District
The Shaker Heights City School District, one of the top performing school districts in Ohio, is looking for a director of human resources to plan, manage and administer all human resources functions for the school district. The director supervises daily HR operations, including employee staffing, substitute workers, employee relations, compensation plans, safety, recruitment, employee professional development, HR performance management; labor-relations management; and administration of HR policies, procedures, rules and practices for the school district.

The HR director supports the assistant superintendent of business and operations and will create and maintain a high-performance HR office characterized by positive leadership, strong teamwork and exceptional customer service.
