Neighborhood Leadership Development Program
The Neighborhood Leadership Development Program (NLDP) is hiring a Graduate Support Manager to help provide resources, networking opportunities, and support to NLDP graduates working to create positive change in Cleveland. Job duties include communicating with graduates via newsletters and social media, tracking and sharing their accomplishments, securing speakers for continuing education, and more. A bachelor's degree is required, but a master's degree is preferred, with emphasis in social work, volunteer management, community organizing, and/or education. Refugee Response is seeking adult tutors to commit for at least one year; two-hour tutoring sessions are held at least one time per week in the client's home. Refugee Responses provides orientation, cultural training, resources, and other support for all tutors. Tutors must be women ages 18 and above and have reliable access to transportation.
