Signs of spring: University Circle’s cherry blossoms in photos

Spring has sprung in Cleveland, and the warm temperatures and sunshine last week provided a perfect opportunity for managing photographer Bob Perkoski to capture the cherry blossoms at their peak in University Circle.

The stunning white and pink blossoms, preceded by the magnolia blooms, are a sure sign that we are finally pulling out of the drab colors of the city’s winter.

But it’s only a fleeting glace, and with April showers and more seasonable temperature predicted this week, we hope these photos will keep your mind on the late spring and summer to come!
